If you would like to discover and learn all about cocoa or chocolate, you will be in the right place to do it, visiting our original cocoa plantation (more than 100 years old) with its respective history, then we arrive to a new plantation in production where you can learn how cocoa is cultivated in harmony with nature and you can also taste the fresh fruit and then we will arrive to the Afro-Caribbean museum, where you will learn all about the history of cocoa, the machinery used to process and dry cocoa in the last century and next to the museum there is a suitable space where you can observe the whole process of the cocoa bean.
Even the customers can participate by tasting the beans in different stages of the process to make chocolate and finally you can taste all the chocolate that you want. In this tour we have as a complement garden of heliconias, orchids, medicinal plants and an indigenous museum U SULE used by the shamans for ceremonies and social events (artifacts and history) also you can see the most common animals in the area like sloths, monkeys and lizards.
